Feel Safe, Supported and Empowered
If you are living with chronic pain or ongoing health challenges,
whether they are physical or mental,
you might feel reduced to a set of symptoms, and the discomfort takes center stage.
It can start to define how you see yourselves and how you move through life.

But beyond the pain, there’s a whole self waiting to be seen.
Through simple and practical therapeutic yoga practices,
I help you help you reconnect with that wholeness,
so that pain can soften, emotional blockages can release,
and you can feel more complete and aligned with your body, mind, and heart.

From Pain to Wholeness
I once struggled with chronic pain and discomfort that was easily dismissed, and I was sent home with a set of painkillers and a "good luck!"
But I didn't want to rely on painkillers for my whole life. So, I started applying what I knew and felt aligned with my deeper values.

Through practical and specific yoga practices -
body movement, breath work, lifestyle changes,
and self-awareness - I found relief, empowerment, and a renewed sense of wholeness.

Today, I help people living with chronic challenges reconnect with their wholeness.
Through tailored practices based on the ancient discipline of yoga and backed up by modern science,
we explore how your daily habits, emotional patterns, and mindset shape your physical experience.
This approach helps you:
UNDERSTAND YOUR BODY
ADDRESS THE ROOT OF DISCOMFORT
ALIGN WITH YOUR NEEDS
MANAGE
PAIN
Your path to Wholeness
If you don't know where to start, you can start from here:
The Balanced Life Wheel.

It's a free self-reflective worksheet based on the five layers of the human being - the Pancha Maya Kosha from yoga philosophy.
It helps you reflect on different aspects of your life—body, energy, mind, emotions, and inner self—so you can see where you might feel out of balance or disconnected.
By bringing awareness to these layers, you’ll begin to understand how your challenges are interconnected, and how small shifts can ripple across your whole being.

This is your first step toward creating a life that feels
more whole, safe, and aligned.

Balance, Wholeness and Connection.
I believe every person exists as a whole, not as a fragment to be fixed or managed.

In a world and medical system that often reduces us to symptoms, my mission is to help people living with chronic pain and ongoing challenges reconnect with their wholeness - body, mind, emotions, and lifestyle.
You're not a small part of the cosmos; you are the cosmos itself.

By honoring our connection to ourselves, to others, and to the cycles of nature,
we can rediscover balance, fulfillment, and a deep sense of unity with the world around us.
