Group Yoga Therapy
A therapeutic, intimate class with
a seasonal theme.
OFFLINE YOGA CLASS
Join a small group (maximum 8 participants) for yoga therapy sessions designed to support a range of physical, physiological, or mental health challenges. Offered as themed workshops or short weekly series, these sessions combine therapeutic movement, breathwork, and mindful practices to help you build supportive habits in a welcoming and accessible space. Each group is designed to feel safe and deeply nourishing, so you can reconnect with yourself at your own pace, while feeling gently held in shared experience.
