When my body said "enough"
I didn’t burn out because I was weak.
I burned out because I kept pushing against a life that wasn’t aligned with who I was.

Years of sitting at a desk, long commutes, caring for little ones with no space for myself, and ignoring the whisper (then roar) inside me led to chronic pain, exhaustion, and emotional overload.
My body kept trying to get my attention, but I kept going, because that’s what we’re taught to do.
When I finally paused and listened, everything shifted. Leaving an unfulfilling career wasn't just a decision.
It was my turning point.
As I re-aligned with my values and rebuilt my connection to my body through yoga practices, breath, rest, and self-awareness, symptoms eased and clarity returned.
