What if your symptoms are trying to tell you something?
Pain, tension, fatigue, digestive issues, or changes in your energy
are ways your body communicates with you.

Therapeutic Yoga helps you listen to these signals, understand what your body needs, and respond in ways that support your whole system.
Nothing in you exist in isolation.
Pain can affect your mood and stress levels.
Stress can change your breathing.
Your breathing can influence your nervous system.
Your nervous system affects digestion, sleep, and energy.
Everything is connected.
This is why we don't look at symptoms in isolation.
Together, we explore the connection between your body, mind, emotions, and the way you live.

The goal isn't to fix one part of you.
It's to understand the whole.
How we work together
Four ways of creating change through the body.
MOVE
Reconnect with your body, build capacity, and create space where there is tension or restriction.
BREATHE
Use the breath to influence your physiology, regulate your state and create greater awareness.
RESTORE
Create the conditions for recovery through rest, relaxation, nourishment and appropriate pacing.
REFLECT
Bring awareness to thoughts, emotions, beliefs and patterns so you can respond rather than automatically react.
The practices change according to what your body and life need, not according to a fixed formula.
After all, you're not the same every day.
Your body has its own rhythm.
Your energy, focus, and needs naturally change
throughout the day, across the seasons, and through different phases of life.
Therapeutic Yoga helps you recognise these rhythms and learn
to work with them, rather than against them.
What does your body need right now?

How I learned to listen to my body
For ten years, I worked as a marine engineer.
From the outside, everything made sense. Inside, I knew something was missing.

Yoga changed the way I understood my body, and eventually, my life.
Motherhood taught me that my capacity changes, and that trying to push through isn’t always the answer.

Then, while training as a yoga therapist, I realised something uncomfortable: I was teaching others to listen to their bodies while completely ignoring my own.

So in 2023, I stopped pushing and chose a different path.

Today, I help others do what I had to learn myself: listen to your body, understand what it needs, and build a life that supports you.
